River Valley Crawford County Humane Society (RVHS) is a 501(c)3 volunteer organization in southern Indiana. RVHS was formed in honor of 'Victor' and to address the serious state-of-emergency problems regarding non-sheltered communities.

What we do:
 -provide permanent sanctuary for rescued animals
 -respond to/investigate reports of animal abuse, neglect, and abandonment
 -transport animals for spay neuter surgeries
 -provide dog houses and bedding
 -coordinate spay neuter programs
 -promote humane education
 -promote laws which protect animals and increase spays and neuters
 -trap dogs and cats who could otherwise not be rescued
